Join a team of highly skilled professionals who are doing pro bono work to help a nonprofit increase its impact. You will have the chance to work with an organization that specializes in one of the following areas: Education Social Services Environment Health Arts. We make it easy for you to make a meaningful and lasting impact in the community by contributing your valuable professional expertise to nonprofit organizations. Each Taproot project lasts 5-6 months with each pro bono consultant committing an average of 3-5 hours of their time each week, often virtually. This opportunity is flexible enough to work around the schedule of your full-time job. Depending on your area of expertise, you may work on branding/naming projects, brochure projects, website projects, donor database projects, strategy management projects or strategic HR projects for a nonprofit in your local area. All of these "Service Grants" are designed to help a nonprofit increase its capacity to grow and better serve its constituents.
