Volunteer with LLS at our 10th Annual Blood, Sweat, and Tears Charity Bike Ride! 9/30/12
Type: Volunteer
LLS is the world's largest voluntary health agency dedicated to blood cancer. LLS funds lifesaving blood cancer research around the world and provides free information and support services. The mission of LLS is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
We rely heavily on volunteers to help us create a world without cancer! We are searching for volunteers to work an aid station at the Blood, Sweat, and Tears Charity Bike Ride. Volunteers will cheer on our athletes and pass out water.
BST Charity Bike Ride takes place in Highland Park this year, starting at the Highland Park Metra Station. Volunteer shifts will start in the early morning and volunteers can plan to be done by the early afternoon. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old.
