LLS is the world's largest voluntary health agency dedicated to blood cancer. LLS funds lifesaving blood cancer research around the world and provides free information and support services. The mission of LLS is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. We rely heavily on volunteers to help us create a world without cancer! Come out to the Chicago Marathon and support our Team in Training athletes as they race for a cure! Our athletes fundraise for LLS while they train for marathons, half marathons, or triathlons. We need volunteers to help at our TNT aid station. Pass out water and cheer on our athletes! The Chicago Marathon takes place on October 7 this year and will be in Grant Park. Volunteers under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent.
