The Chicago Professionals for Easter Seals (CPES) was developed to provide professionals in Metropolitan Chicago with a forum that fosters professional development, community service and social awareness. This developing force is composed of Chicagoland’s future leaders and young professionals (22-40 years) committed to supporting and promoting the mission of Easter Seals Metropolitan Chicago (ESMC) through social and civic engagement. The CPES earnestly believes in our members and we strive to develop programs that encourage individual members’ personal, professional and civic growth. We encourage members to achieve balance in their lives as they work to strengthen their communities. We pride ourselves on diverse professional backgrounds and aim to share our experiences, learn from each other and unite our community through active involvement. CPES members share a fundamental belief that all people with developmental disabilities or special needs deserve quality, comprehensive and compassionate services. Easter Seals is a national non-profit organization supporting children and adults with disabilities. Easter Seals Metropolitan Chicago is proud to serve over 30,000 clients in programs ranging from specialized autism therapeutic schools and dental care for people with disabilities, to early intervention programs and senior vocational training. Easter Seals provides hope for people of all ages.
