Some Place 2 Come Back 2 (SP2CB2) aids veterans returning from the Afghan and Iraq wars, as well as survivor families of lost veterans, with temporary-to-permanent transitional housing options and counseling services to help them reintegrate into civilian life. By connecting with servicemen and women and survivor families six months in advance of their demobilization, the organization can help combat veteran homelessness and can provide a head start to their reunification with their families and communities. The Organization will provide the following important services: •Five-year personal development planning •Vocational mentor and career placement •Prevention services •Interpersonal skill development •Personal and spiritual development •Community volunteer involvement •Creative leisure activities and celebration •Transitional living preparation and follow-up services •Transitional housing
