HTC Group,Not for Profit is a 501 (c)(3) minority and female owned organization. HTC Group was developed for the purpose of empowering job seekers from disadvantaged populations to land their dream job. Our primary demographic is minority college students that attend Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), state schools, and junior colleges. However, we also have programs for those reentering the workforce and career changers. The founders have a strong background in campus recruiting and lateral recruiting, previously with a global Fortune 500 company. We have worked with colleges across the country and have a strong passion and niche for assisting these students. We would love to work with your organization.
